Willow Tree Psychology & Wellbeing is pleased to offer Telehealth psychology services to adolescents (aged 12 years and over), adults, and older persons across Australia.

While our practice is grounded in our Adelaide community, Telehealth enables us to extend high-quality, evidence-based psychological care beyond our local area — supporting individuals and families in metropolitan, regional, and remote locations nationwide.

Suitability for Telehealth is assessed individually. We recognise that therapy is most effective when the format aligns with a client’s clinical needs and safety considerations. Although Telehealth is appropriate for many people, there are circumstances where in-person services or alternative supports may be recommended. In such cases, we will discuss options and next steps to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

For clients under 16 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present in the home during the session (though not necessarily in the room). All Telehealth appointments must take place in a private, quiet setting to maintain confidentiality and support meaningful therapeutic work.
